Management will not speak to customers. They are quite quick to let you know that their "gauranteed" up time is actually bogus - support actually told me to read the fine print. They have been down over 20 times in the past 2 months resulting in loss of website and email for me and my employees ... Green or not - avoid this site - even the employees don't use the service ... I had support say they would not use this even for a personal website

I have been hosting with HostPapa for 2 years with out any issues, there support is just great and you can talk to them on the phone as well as email, Its great as I am not techie and need help getting setup.

Big amount of disk space and monthly bandwith, excellent online support, complete configuration panel easy to use (CPANEL). And they use green energy!!!!

Among many great features, the best is clearly the availability of support staff. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go that extra mile to assist. Second only to that would have to be the use of green energy, which is something that has become very important lately. The resources offered are extremely useful and the software provided is user-friendly and easy to understand. With so many hosts out there offering much of the same, HostPapa seems to stand out for its reliability and ease of use.

You get excellent prices with Hostpapa and that sold me. The price comes with a 3-year plan but when you see everything you get, trust me it’s worth it not having to worrying about quality hosting for the foreseeable future. I love the cPanel and Fantastico too and u can install all kinds of applications easily. I’m no Al Gore when it comes to the environment (lol) but I was impressed that a company can be environmentally friendly and still provide excellent quality services at competitive prices. I was also one of those folks who saw the money back guarantee and thought “why not give it a try?”. I’m glad I did.
