HostIcan.com is awesome I can't believe I got my website up in less than an hour!! Ran into an issue with my mailbox, but got tech support on the phone within minutes (US based no less) and had the problem resolved with enthusiasm and a great attitude within only a few more minutes! Choosing to work with hostican.com has been one of the best, most profitable business decisions my company has made. There are a lot of hosting outfits to choose from, but we've never encountered anyone who works with us so intensely to insure that all of our needs are met, and we really can't thank them enough for that. Their tech support team is accurate and extremely fast, the hosting packages offered are robust and full-featured, they are proactive in making sure that we are satisfied with their services the list goes on and on. Excellent reliability which is more important than anything else! When things go wrong which it hasn’t- then they have replied to my queries and issues very promptly. Have had a dedicated server at HostIcan.com for one year. I have hosted all of my sites through HostIcan.com and they are awesome.

I had been searching for the unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth plan or net and after going through many web sites, I shortlisted justhost, hostmaster, hostgator and fatcow because I found these hosts were in top 10 on all review sites. After a judgment it seems to me that HostIcan.com is best among them and now I am using it.

HostICan has been really great for my websites. I have been hosting with them going on 2 years! The customer support is outstanding...they answer tickets really fast and are very knowledgeable and patient on the phone! They are reliable and I have never had issues with downtime. We run a few ecommerce sites on the web and my husband is the one that usually takes care of the technical side of things. However, I want to learn more about it, and I've always found that I am better suited at learning when I just do something myself. We have been using several other webhosting companies for redundancy when I started looking around for another one and came across HostICan. When I started with HostICan, I realized that they make it so easy that I didn't really learn anything at all. However, that's probably for the best since I leave all the IT stuff up to him anyway.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It is because of them that I have renewed confidence and my technical abilities about my online profession. If you are thinking of hosting a website anywhere else, you owe it to yourself to consider HostICan and look at their options before going further. There are a few cheaper options out there, but you won’t get half of what you get at HostICan.

I recently moved to HostICan and I can safely say that I have not had any issues with them, I run a WP blog. I mean if your unable to move a simple blog, It means you should start reading online cause its not hard. The fact that you say its “hard” means that you need to learn as your site grows – you will have to install web apps (imagine that)…. But seriously… just do it and stop complaining… easy stuff once you know.

I wanted to cancel an account of a friend and mailed them 3 days back. They still havent canceled the account.
Although they have mentioned it’d take upto 5 working days to cancel an account, why the hello do they need 5 days for it?

I have had HostICan service for a while now and I can say with 100% honesty that they have been great. I would never choose another host because HostIcan suits all of my needs. Support has been always quick to respond and very helpful at getting my needs met. If this was an ebay sell i would say “A+++ would do business again.” haha. All in all, great host, fast, good uptime.

I recently just moved to hostican because the other cheap site i was with (3ix) was down for over 24 hours and even erased my SQL database along with a bunch of other stuff! Luckily i had just backed it up a few days previous. I switched to hostican because they said they would transfer my site over. I signed up and signed up for the transfer and I an email from one of them saying since my site only has files (it’s a blog) that I should transfer it myself. I am no computer pro. But they didn’t stick with what they said they would do. So I’m not feeling very good about it. I used to be with liquid web for another site I had. They did it all for me. They were fantastic. I guess I should just pay the money and feel safe.
