NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT FAT COW

I have two accounts with FatCow for almost five years now and have had nothing but an excellent service from them. They always respond to email or telephone requests for service rapidly and expertly. I honestly can find NOTHING negative to say about FatCow webhosting, its engineer/techs, or its service. They're 'Five Star' all the way!

INTERNET MARKETING

I have been working online for my living (Internet Marketing) since nearly 2 years now and have tried at least 5 or 6 or even more. It happened that i lost my time and money with so bad hosting services, who shut your websites down for any reasons they don't really know (i guess some of them don't like it when you use what you actually have paid for) and without any solutions... If you are serious about working on the internet and need a reliable hosting service with great customer support (quick reaction, very helpful to find solutions and i have never been disappointed whenever 24/24 and 7/7 i contacted them!), then i can only recommend FatCow with all the hard!

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS

My last hosting company always switch me off the tech support line. I have called FatCow 2 times for some advanced changes that had to be made to the “A record” they stayed on the line with me until the problem was taken care of. I didn't have to go through the “level one dummies” reading a script to get to the people who could really help me, the level one tech was very knowledgeable and helped me work through the problem. When the change required level 2 tech authorizations he didn't transfer me and make me have to tell the problem all over again, he took care of it all. I have no complaints when it comes to Fat Cow, they are awesome!!!!!

OVERALL GREAT HOSTING

I host our dating social network with FatCow as well as our smf forum for some time now. The support is very quick and responsive. Their control panel is VERY user friendly and this is a big advantage for us. Overall we have used their ticket support about 4-5 times and always had a prompt response. I notice a few negative reviews on this site but I honestly think FatCow is a very reliable and lenient hosting provider. I would assume many of the users had very heavy websites on shared hosting or something cause I have never had an issue and I've recommend 2 people to FatCow who also have great things to say. Great work guys :)

FATCOW #1

I chose FatCow by the way I normally avoid, via internet ratings. I noticed FatCow was number one in several categories, most important to me was customer service and I am not disappointed. Fast, considerate, response to all my questions. I mean within 30 minutes, hard to beat that. The Site Builder software which provided for free was a little different than what I am used to, but now I enjoy editing my site. Every time I think I have found something not included with your services, but all I have to do, look in a different place.

TRANSFER MY SITE IN NO TIME

FatCow’s support team is awesome! I had to transfer my domain name from godaddy to FatCow and godaddy made it super difficult (godaddy wants to own all the domains in the world)… I was on hold less than 10 seconds and FatCow support had my domain transferred and my website up in less than 30 minutes. I recommend fatcow to anyone looking for an affordable, generous host with great support!

I have to say, that this hosting company is top class. I signed up to host my website and could not get over how much you get for the price. The support was top class. I had a few issues uploading and getting my database setup. Fat Cow personnel were very helpful and guided me through all my problems. I must say thumbs up for Fat Cow hosting company.

EASY ACCESS HOSTING

Fat Cow was a find for me. I was paying more for the less service and always had trouble with the site. I just started running a site using Fat Cow for the fanton production technologies. I just placed an order and in 5 minutes the NEW domain. Then just to check and make sure it was not just pure luck, I typed in the newly purchased domain as www.domain.com and the FatCow welcome message showed up. Incredible. I expected to wait for up to a business day, or authorization or whatever, but this is - wow; I wonder how it's possible that everything is so fast? Loving it! Cheers!

I know it doesn’t look natural when you put highest rating on all the options but I have been with fatcow for close to a year now and not one problem at all I have about 10 blog hosted with them and plan to grow more. #1 IN MY BOOK

I've been with FatCow since last year and couldn't be happier. I switched over godaddy and it has been worth it. In addition with FatCow just recently lowering their prices..they're even more affordable. With everything from fast/reliable tech support to 0 down time. The control panel is wonderful as well, with being able to set up databases with no waiting time and being to install online applications, ie. wordpress or magento, with just a few clicks and need to upload new version they are right at your finger tips in the control panel. Plain and simple they are #1 in my book, as long as they keep doing what they are doing I will be with them forever. I also refer all of my clients to them as well.

SUPPORT AT 24/7

After few spam attacks I’ve decided to try another web hosting for my company and I found Fat Cow from reading a review posted at google.com and I purchased the service which has many options for blocking spam. Once I setup all the email accounts in the Fat Cow web hosting then the spam’s stop coming and now my company is free of spam. So if you also have a problem with the spam then Fat Cow is for you, they have world class spam blocker and also they have wonderful Support which is at 24/7 all time .I recommend to try Fat Cow if you have any difficulty with your web hosting.

After creating my web site and I signed up with FatCow for only one year to see how good quality of the service and how much help would be provided from customer support. Since I am new to running web site on my own technical and customer are most important for me. On my first day, I had questions. BEST USAGE OF SPACE

I’m amazed by the features Fatcow has to offer. I use Fatcow as the hosting at my website and I think this is a great host, cheap, and has the best usage of space, and bandwidth. The only negative thing about it is the CP times out frequently. But if that’s the only negative thing I have to say, this is a web host you have to get!

STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE

I switched from Yahoo hosting to Fat Cow about half a year now, and all i can say is Fat Cow is far better than what I was getting, in almost every aspect. Many Web-based applications is amazing, i can run many system level applications right in my Web browser. Of course, many other web hosting providers out there do provide similar features, but Fat Cow stands out with its strong customer service.
