Usually I tend to post reviews for product or service when it really stinks and I want to warn people to stay away from it. This time I actually would like to share my positive experience with FatCow. Over the years FatCow has been a great host for me. Even they grew a lot recently they still treat customers with great respect and attention. My credit card has been blocked recently, so my domain renewal couldn’t go through. I didn’t realize what the problem was until I call FatCow support. The agent explained the situation, walked me through credit card info update and was on the phone with me until I got conformation that my domain got renewed. This kind of support I would like to get from every service provider.

Extremely helpful and personable. FatCow reps have shown a qenuine interest in by buisness needs. There are very few reps in any company that I have come across for years that show the professional, courtious, and personnal service Ryan has shown. This gentleman is TOP NOTCH!

FatCow was extremely helpful. The agent Luke helped my husband set up his fatcow acct (eaglemetric.com) earlier in the year & my husband raved about him & made sure i talked to luke again for my own website (taffyfin.com). we hope his supervisor will be able to see this survey & how impressed we were with luke. one thing i can think of for improvement - when i 1st called & tried to get connected to luke w/o having his extension #, it was rather difficult to bypass the person who took my call - he kept wanting to handle my business & ended up taking me down a wrong path of sorts until i had to find luke's # and have him sort things out. thank you, we love fatcow!

One thing that I know from my experience – every web host has its own issues and some problems from time to time. That’s the reality – hardware breaks, outages happen, software might have some glitches, etc. FatCow is no exception. But when something like that happens I want my host to be responsive, helpful and vigorous in solving the problem. Also, I like the fact that when I call them someone answers the phone in America. For some reason it gives me additional piece of mind that my problem or concern will be understood correctly and addressed in timely manner

Of all the companies I deal with on the internet for service help, FatCow has always been the best. I actualy get someone that answers the phone when I call, and there is always a person at the other end willing to help.

Every single representative I've ever worked with from FatCow has been just incredible! I don't know about their training program but it is effective. I will, do, and have recommended FatCow to everyone I know! There are so many reasons to use FatCow but their service model sets a new industry standard. I've become spoiled by FatCow and can never go back, LOL!

I was so thankful when I found FatCow web hosting! I wasn't generating the foot traffic to my store and knew that I needed a website. But, I had NO technical background or design skills and was afraid I'd have to spend a fortune to get a website up and going. But with the site builder tools, it was so easy!! FatCow does a great job at hosting and communicating with their customers. Whenever there is going to be an outage or some kind of issue they message you so you aren't left out in the cold. And when I call in with a problem the agents are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful to not get the run around like some other companies.

I found FatCow on the Consumer Report site as one of the top recommended web hosting sites for price and customer service. Their web building tools made building my website fairly easy, considering I had absolutely no experience, and every time I called tech support (which was a lot) I was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable associate. I also received encouragement along the way!

I am very satisfied with the level of service and support at FatCow. The tech (Ryan) had a very laid back yet informative attitude, made me chill out a bit after being so frustrated with something I was doing wrong. They have a great knowledge base as well, very cool to be able to learn so much!

FatCow offers exceptional service at a very low price. My experience with their platform has been outstanding--easy to use, and very intuitive. The two times I've called customer service the representatives were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They were able to quickly find my information and help me resolve issues. One rep even went out of his way to find some information I mentioned I was interested in. I will definitely be telling others about FatCow!

I really like the idea behind FatCow. Bringing a little humor into something that gets very monotonous for programmers like me. They have a great price, and I can rest assured that every customer I set up with them is well taken care of- 15 sites set up and not one complaint. I've even gotten set up with their affiliate plan now and made a few extra bucks just for passing them on.

FatCow is great, as usual. The customer service is awesome. The product is awesome. I LOVE the Weebly drag n drop. It has made my experience as a beginner, very easy to develop and maintain my website. This call was to start another website for my second business. I recommend FatCow to everyone!

I called FatCow for my Jump Start session and I was fortunate enough to have reached Deb, who helped me fantastically! Yes, she was fantastic! She went through all the features, as well as helped me set up my "business card". She went over the help tab for Weebly, and showed me that a lot of the questions I will have setting up my web site will be answered right there, and assured me that I can always call customer service for further assistance.

I have simply had the best experience with FatCow. My site is always live and loads at lightening speed. Anytime I contact customer support I get a response within hours, sometimes even minutes. They are always helpful and courteous. They don't make you feel dumb because you don't have any technical knowledge. Doesn't hurt that they're nice to my wallet as well. :)

FatCow is awesome :) I can't believe I got my website up in less than an hour!! Ran into an issue with my mailbox, but got tech support on the phone within minutes (US based no less) and had the problem resolved with enthusiasm and a great attitude within only a few more minutes! Very impressed with the professionalism---seem like a great place to work---so FatCow, if you're hiring :)

I forget the guy's name i talked to at FatCow regarding setting up the temporary site for me, but he was extremely helpful, AND also helped me out by suggesting the shopsite web creator for me, since ive been having some trouble getting started. i really appreciated his help and he put up my temporary site almost immediately.

I left my old host because of terrible service and terrible web building software. When I moved to fatcow I was presented with two different web builders that are both easy to use and fast! I built a website in both of them within hours and when I ran into an issue I was able to call support and get my questions answered fast! Best decision to move I've ever made.
